Become a CCEJ Stakeholder in Transforming our Communities

CCEJ's mission of fighting bias, bigotry, and racism requires the dedication of staff members and hundreds of volunteers, as well as the financial support of individuals, corporations, and foundations. CCEJ has made a long-term commitment to community efforts that promote understanding and respect among all races, religions, and cultures through advocacy, conflict resolution, and education. In accomplishing our work, we seek first to raise awareness and then to educate and empower our community leaders so that they may become agents of change in transforming our society.

We invite you to participate in creating a society that is more just and inclusive for all.
One may support programs and initiatives by donating through various categories of giving.

Attention Ralphs Shoppers!!!

CCEJ is now enrolled in Ralphs Community Contribution Program.   That means when you shop at Ralphs, you will be contributing to CCEJ Human Relations Programs. Simply register your REWARDS card online and enter CCEJ ID # 92171 and CCEJ will receive a percentage of your monthly grocery dollars.   

Here’s how it works:

Spend up to $200 per month of eligible purchases*                       1%
Between $200.01 and $350 per month of eligible purchases          2%
Between $350.01 and $500 per month of eligible purchases          3%
Over $500 per month of eligible purchases                                    4%

• Be sure to have your Ralphs REWARDS card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up.
• Members must swipe their registered Ralphs REWARDS card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Ralphs REWARDS card when shopping for each purchase to count.

Did you know that annually, The California Conference for Equality and Justice delivers more than 300 human relations programs in schools, neighborhoods, workplaces and to the general community? Each year, these programs directly impact more than 5,000 individuals and exponentially even more. Every day, CCEJ is responding to the increasing need for services such as crises intervention at schools, conflict resolution and mediation for divergent groups throughout southern California. What a great gift to our community!

CCEJ stands on our reputation of being an "honest broker" in convening and organizing human relations programs, conflict resolution and community dialogues that help to eliminate bias, bigotry and racism.

ADOPT A STUDENT $250.00 PER STUDENT

Every year, CCEJ takes more than 600 high school students out of the city's concrete landscape and into the fresh air of the San Bernardino Mountains to experience the Building Bridges Youth Human Relations Camp. For three days, young people confront their own prejudices and experiences, discuss how these issues affect their schools and neighborhoods and plan how they can help create a more harmonious multicultural community.

Right now, you can participate in CCEJ's Adopt A Student program. For $250, you can give a young person the opportunity and the chance to examine stereotypes and alternatives to violence toward building safer, more inclusive schools.

Your gift will provide educational materials, bus transportation, two nights of lodging, hearty meals, a sweatshirt, a group photograph, and one of the most intense and important conversation in one young person's life.  As many of our young campers report, "it really changed my life." Click here to dowload the Adopt A Student form.
