The Human Relations Education and Facilitator Training program is designed for individuals who are willing to engage themselves in experiential exercises in regard to human relations issues with the goal of becoming a trained human relations facilitator. The facilitator training goes a step further by providing participants with the necessary skills that are needed when working with any of CCEJ's programs. This 6-session program is also particularly suited for adults who work with and provide services to young people.

This is a dynamic program packed with helpful strategies, techniques, tools and insights. Here is what a participant can expect:

  • Opportunities to practice facilitating (and other related skills).

  • Interactive learning – including case studies, role-playing, and assessments.

  • In-depth exploration of issues related to facilitating multicultural/diverse groups.

  • Strategies for handling resistance and conflict.

  • Helpful resources and reference materials.
