The California Conference for Equality and Justice has a proven track record in providing comprehensive Restorative Justice training for educators. In 2018, we trained over 2,400 teachers and administrators at more than 30 schools in Southern California. Please reach out if you would like us to facilitate a training at your organization or school site.

All educators, youth workers, and non-profit professionals in all roles who would like to learn or strengthen relationships in their spaces are welcome at our trainings.

What can I expect at this workshop?

Whether you’re already an active Circlekeeper or looking for activities to build a virtual Circle practice, this 3-hour session will provide a series of sequenced activities for you to replicate. Designed for those interested in strengthening your relationship-building skills, participants will have the opportunity to practice their own facilitation and receive feedback from the group.

All of our current training offerings are currently virtual using the Zoom platform. Participants in this workshop can expect content via slides, group dialogues and interactions using the chat and breakout room features.
