Part of our Foundations for the Emerging Restorative Justice Practitioner training series.

This full-day training combines two core modalities of Restorative Justice through content presentation, experiential learning, role plays and self-reflective work to empower us to respond to challenges with others through a relationship-centered lens. In this training, you will hear about basic trauma theory, experience the impact of trauma on the body, and explore Restorative Practices as a trauma-sensitive modality.

Using this trauma-informed lens, we will then explore dialogue skills that affirm positive relationships and provide interventions to shift relationships towards accountability and self-directed actions.
