DIRECTOR OF HEALING HARMS (he/him)

Alejandro, or “Ali”, has been with CCEJ since 2016. He oversees the day-to-day operations and coordination of CCEJ’s Restorative Justice Youth Diversion (RYD) program. His role is to manage CCEJ’s case management process and lead the case management team in execution of core responsibilities to ensure all required deliverables and metrics are met. Prior to joining CCEJ, Ali worked as the Intake Coordinator at mass torts firms Sizemore Law Firm and Lenze Kamerrer Moss, where he managed over  5,000 cases as well as ensuring accurate reporting to and maintaining relationships with attorneys, clients and referral firms. A mediator by trade, he has been trained in victim offender and family mediations accumulating over 120 hours in training and 300 hours of mediation experience with Centinela Youth Services in Southern California. He has also spent time working with Mediators Beyond Borders at the Los Angeles professional chapter serving on the coordinating committee and operating as treasurer. Ali holds an M.A., Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from CSU Dominguez Hills and a B.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
